John Ryan 1882-1965, a postman & son of John & Mary Ryan, married  Johanna McMahon 1886-1956, daughter of Daniel ( Dan ) McMahon & Jane Kirby of Nicker, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick on the 31st Jan 1912 in Templebredon RC, Co. Limerick.

The obituary of  Irene Ryan, wife of Richard  ( Dick ) Ryan reads as follows :

The death has occurred of Irene Ryan (née) Robinson of Clynabroga, Derk, Pallasgreen, Limerick, Co. Limerick on the September 23rd 2014. Unexpectedly at her residence, Irene, beloved wife of the late Dick and sister of the late Freddie. Sadly missed by her loving sons Stephen and Daniel, daughter-in-law Bridget (King), grandchildren John and Emma, sister Betty (Ewright), brothers Alfred, Peter, Colin, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 Reposing at her son Stephen’s residence in “ King’s Yard”, Knocknagalty, Kilbehenny, Co. Limerick on Thursday from 3pm to 7pm. Arriving to Templebraden Church for Requiem Mass on Friday at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Templebraden Cemetery.
