Dublin City Council have prepared a leaflet to display the historic graveyards in the Kilmainham and Inchicore areas of Dublin. Some of them belong to the category of 19th century religious foundations which opened national schools in the areas. These include the graveyard of the Oblate Fathers and the Mercy Nuns in Inchicore. Others etc

This project was funded by the Heritage Council and Galway City Council as an action of the Galway City Heritage Plan. As part of Galway City Council's policy of making information on heritage freely available, a summary brochure, with a map of each of Galway City's 28 areas is being prepared. These are being printed along with a clear, easy to use map as a guide for those who visit our graveyards. The Monuments on the maps are numbered and are linked to the historicgraves.com and Galway City Council (www.galwaycity.ie) websites.
Organised by the Heritage Office, Sligo County Council, the project was delivered by John Tierney of the Historic Graves Project. The Sligo Historic Graveyard Training Project is an initiative of Sligo Heritage Forum and is an action of the County Sligo Heritage Plan 2016-2020. The project is funded by Sligo County Council and The Heritage Council.

In the early 19th century the British government came up with a plan to fund assisted emigration programs for Irish people who were desperate. Peter Robinson was selected to lead one of the earliest expeditions. The advertisement which proclaimed the emigration scheme stated categorically that only a limited number of Settlers would be chosen to emigrate to Upper Canada.
Funded by the Heritage Council & Roscommon County Council this project is designed to train communities throughout the county to survey & publish their historic graveyards. Training took place in Autumn 2015 in 9 graveyards and the results of the training workshops are published here. A further five graveyards were surveyed by community groups in 2019, also organised by Nollaig Feeney and funded by the Heritage Council & Roscommon Co. Co.
