Rita  Kelly, nee Fitzgerald, daughter of  Denis & Mary Fitzgerald and sister of Jimmy  Fitzgerald  of  adjacent memorial  0004.  Her obituary reads as follows :

Kelly, (nee) Fitzgerald, Ellanmeen, Monard, Co Tipperary on December 30th 2018. Rita, sadly missed by her loving family, husband Thomas (Tommy), children Saoirse, Oran and Fiona, brother Denis, sisters Eileen, Bríd and Mairead, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 Private Reposal. Requiem Mass on Wednesday 2nd January at 11.30am in St Patrick's Church, Cullen and funeral afterwards to St Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary Town.

Rita's husband, Tommy Kelly, died on the 18th May 2023 and was interred with her on Sun 21st May in St Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary Town.
