Erected by Thomas Egan of Corigain in memory of his wife Catherine Egan alias Butler who died March 12th 1826 aged 63yrs. Also of Elleanor Butler alias Egan who Died March 1st 1826 aged 36 years. Also Patrick (Pat)Egan
Stonecarthy, Stoneyford who died 8th Dec.1950. His wife Mary Egan nee Wallace who died 8th Dec 1959 aged 73 years and their three daughters who died young, Also other relatives interred here. Rest in Peace. Always remembered by their daughter Eileen o Neill (nee Egan) Eileen O Neill Stonecarthy, interred in Stoneyford.
