A pseudo-Gothic wall plaque seemingly of Caen stone and serpentine marble (probably Connamara marble), with two columns of green marble, and a triangular pediment. Over the Ins., carved in low relief, there is a crest with a figure of a running dog and a tree atop a crest wreath. There is a motto scroll around this which reads "DEO ET REGO FIDELIS". The monument is decorated all over with foliate designs and crockets. The pilasters are of marble. The Ins. is Inc'd. with the lettering painted in black and some letters highlighted in red.
