A brass wall plaque on a black marble background fastened by five brass screws. The Ins. is inlaid in black with the capital letters and the dates in red enamel. The maker's name "JONES & WILLIS, Ltd" is stamped on the lower right hand corner of the plaque. See notes accompanying No. 10 and references accompanying that monument. No. 10 marks the actual burial place in the graveyard.
