A wall monument of the same form as No. 283, but without a motto scroll. The lozenge-shaped plaque is of white marble, the backing plaque is of black limestone. The words "FRANKLIN MARBLE WORKS" and "GALWAY" occur at the base of the backing plaque. The actual burial place is in the graveyard. (See No. 141)
