Sacred to the memory of Thomas, Nephew of Alderman Wilkinson who dep this life 12th Nov aged 63 yrs also his wife Susanna, alias Kelly who dep 18th April 1829 aged 70 Thomas Wilkinson died Feb 1st 1849 aged 53 yrs. Mary Wilkinson died Nov 1st 1861 aged 72 yrs. Thomas Wilkinson died in America Jan 7th 1897 This Monument has been erected by Robert Wilkinson in memory of his parents & relatives.

Notes: 

Inscribed collapsed headstone with rounded top and concave shoulders. The stone is cracked in the Southeast corner. An IHS is surmounted by a cross with expanded terminals at the top of the monument. On each side of the IHS there is a worn panel with an elaborate chalice with flame, beneath which is a worn scroll with 'Gloria in excelsis deo'.
