Shee Mausoleum altar-tomb Early-Mid 17th century Monument to ? within mausoleum with No. 72. Altar-tomb on the south of the mausoleum has had its mensa smashed open to reveal the lead-coffin, which in turn has been partially opened. Inside the coffin, fabric and wood from the interior in addition to human skeletal remains are visible. The mensa is plain and undecorated apart from chamfered edges and likewise the front-panel is quite plain. A rectangular lead plaque which is fixed to the wall above the altar-tomb reads: JOHN POM(W?)ER O
