Richard Shee Renaissance mural-tomb c.1608 Renaissance mural-tomb to Sir Richard Shee (d.1608). It is positioned at the south-east end of the former chancel. It is unclear if this is its original location. The monument is divided into three storeys: an altar tomb beneath an arched half-tester and entablature. An uppermost tier the crown - may be missing, to judge by the Knaresborough and Richard Rothe tombs in the St. Mary
