0 holy cross under thy shadow I will rest in peace. I.H.S. Beneath repose the mortal remains of Mary Agnes collery alias Walsh the beloved wife of Bernard Colleary, Major of Sligo, who departed this life 22nd April 1882. This monument has been erected by her bereaved husband and afflicted children. In fond remembrance of her exalted virtues as a devoted wife and loving mother. Also his son John J. Collery died 31 Aug. 1901 aged 31 yrs. Lawrence W. Collery died 7 Feby. 1903 aged 23 yrs. Also the above Bernard Collery, High Sheriff of Co. Sligo, who died at Cregg House, Sligo, 5th July 1907 aged 69 yrs. R;I.P. Also his son Alderman Matt Collery who died 24 June 1911 aged 41 yrs. 'Bernard. Collery born Oct.;18 1873 died Feb 2 1941. And his wife NoraVCollefy‘died April 28 1945 aged 72 yrs. MI have fought a good fight: I have -finished my course, .1 have kept my faith". Their daughter Mary Rose diedl8 March 1973. Their son Bernard died 31st Oct. 1985 aged 79 yrs.
