Erected by John Bryan of the Parade in memory of his father
Daniel Bryan, who died April 2nd 1837 aged 76 years
Also his sister Catherine, who died July 7th 1833 aged 19 years
And his mother Ann Bryan alias Halloran, who departed on the 24th June 1842 aged 76 years
His son Mark Bryan, who died the 29th of Aug 1847 aged 16 years
And the above John Bryan who died in the city of Hamilton, British America
on the 5th day of October 1854 aged 52 years and 3 months
