 Erected by Anastatia Cody (alias Forrestal) in memory of her husband Patrick Cody died 29th June 1969 aged 71 years.  Also her son Peter died 4 October 1873 aged 26 years.  Also her son Patrick died 1878 aged 27 years.  Her daughter Mrs Barden died 25th July 1881 aged 25 yrs.  Also James Cody Rosboultra  died 8 April 1931.  His wife Margaret nee Fitzpatrick died 7 Feb 1954 Aged 82 yrs.

Their sons Peter Cody Castlebanny died 20th Feb 1962 aged 52 years.  Patrick Cody Rosboultra died 12th April 1972 aged 77 years.  Michael Cody Rosboultra died 2nd Oct 1980 aged 74 years. John (Jack) Cody Castlebanny died 25th Feb 1977 aged 78 years.  His wife Lena nee Rellis died 24th June 1994aged 90 years (Interred in Listrolin).  Their sons John died 24th Feb 1995 aged 60 years.

Baby Michael died in infancy 4 July 1937.
