Sacred to the memory of Christopher Bailey of Cappalawn Esq
who died on the 7th of June 1861 in the 77th year of his age.
Looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Resident for many years in this parish he earned the character an important
magistrate a useful land agent & a good landlord.

Also of Isabella Bailey his wife who died on
the 22nd December 1852 in the same hope aged 69 years.

This table is erected by their sorrowing children
