A white marble plaque on a black marble backing. At the top of the plaque there is a wreath of flowers, inside of which is inscribed a verse from St. Luke (given above). The sculptor's name "COATES DUBLIN (SCULPTORS)" occurs on the lower right hand comer of the monument. ^
