"Dunne, Anne, at her residence, Marine Lodge, on the 21st. instant, Anne, relict of the late James Dunne". For James Dunne see The Galway Mercury. November 19th. (1853). Died. "Dunne, James at his residence Taylor's Hill, near this town on Monday last, aged 72 years, Mr. James Dunne, Master Gunner, Royal Artillery. His remains were interred on Thursday last at West Cemetery with Military Honours". The West Cemetery was the Dominican Cemetery, Fairhill. Decorated capital on one of the piers.
