Beneath this Stone are Deposited the Remains of William Campbell a native of Scotland who died here on the 13th June 1836 aged 78 Years Nearly forty of which he had been a faithful Servant in the Family of Lushington Reilly Esqr of Scarva C° Down Collector of Customs at this Port By whom this Stone has been Erected to his Memory.
