A large, free-standing pseudo-Classical monument set on a stepped base. The holes for a row of railings and their supports occur in the lower two rows of steps. A Doric pillar occurs on each comer and there is a row of frets and dentils under and on the entablature of the tomb. Above this is an obelisk set on a moulded base. The pinnacle of the obelisk is absent. Two of the side panels bear inscriptions, the other two shields with a chevron as a charge. A flat slab occurs at the base of one side of the tomb. A covered entrance feature, now slabbed over with Liscannor stone is positioned at the base of the tomb. Inc'd. Ins..
