Notes:

Patrick  Lynch was born on 10 Apr 1870 in Hospital , Co. Limerick to parents Patrick Lynch, a harness maker & Ellen Real 1847-1903, who were married in Hospital RC on the 12th Jun 1869.  He died on 14
Aug 1920 in Hospital , Co. Limerick.
Recorded in the 1911 census as  a 50 yr old unmarried harness maker. He was taken from his father's house in Main St, Hospital, Co. Limerick by members of the Machine Gun Corps and shot dead on Saturday night 14-8-1920.
See the Limerick Chronicle report of this incident in their edition dated Tuesday 17-8-1920. He was a totally innocent man with no political affiliations. The motive was robbery. During the course of the search of his house by the military, they found that he had about fifty pounds in his possession. He was due to go to Limerick on the following Monday to purchase leather.

His siblings recorded at this memorial  were Mary Lynch 1872-1940, Elizabeth (Lizzie) 1889  & Annie 1893-1961,
