This Monument was erected by Patrick
Langan of Rudder in memory of his deceasd
Parents, John and Rose Langan and also in 
memory of his Brother Christopher Langan
who departed this life on the 10th of December
in the year of our Lord 1842 aged 70 years.
Also Nicholas Langan who departed this life
the 6th August 1843 aged 65 years.
Also Eleanor Langan who departed this life
the 30th August 1844 aged .......... years.
Here also lyeth the remains of the said Patrk
Langan who departed this life the 8th Febry
1855 aged 70 years.  Also one of his Children
who died young.  Also John Langan who died
18th June 1891 aged 40 years.
