Mural plaque comprising a black-marble ground in the form of a shield onto which is fixed a cartouche of arms and an inscription tablet in white marble. The heraldic shield at the top is the Butler coat of arms with their motto on a scroll beneath: 'COMME JE TROUVE'. The inscribed panel is in the form of an outrolled parchment.
