According to Tessie Moynihan, Coolnashamrogue, her grandfather, John Burke, Lehenagh, was a brother of Michael Burke, Larchill. John died in October 1949 and was buried in a grave near the Larchill family. It is the first grave to the left inside the gate and has no headstone. Also buried here were his son Patrick who died in April 1941 and his wife Kate who died in March 1950.
